DUI Bail Bonds

Arizona DUI, extreme DUI and aggravated DUI arrests across the East Valley.

Call 24/7: (480) 553-9694

Arizona enforces some of the strictest DUI laws in the country, and East Valley police run frequent DUI enforcement, especially on holiday weekends. If someone you love was arrested for DUI, here's what to expect and how we can help.

Will there even be a bail amount?

It depends. Many first-time misdemeanor DUI arrests end with release at the initial appearance and no bail required. Bail becomes more likely with an extreme DUI (a high blood-alcohol level), a repeat DUI, or an aggravated DUI. Aggravated DUI is a felony that can involve a suspended license, a child passenger, or a third offense within seven years.

If bail is set, call us. We can usually start the paperwork while you're still on the phone.

Release conditions to watch for

DUI release orders often come with conditions such as no alcohol, no driving, or alcohol monitoring. Violating a condition can lead to re-arrest and can affect the bond, so we'll go over the conditions with you when the defendant is released.

A DUI arrest can also trigger a separate license suspension through Arizona's Motor Vehicle Division (MVD), apart from the criminal case. A DUI attorney can explain the deadlines that apply.

Someone you love is in custody. Let's get them home.

Call or text any time, day or night. A real person answers, and we can usually start the bond on the first call.
